‘Noise Theory and Practice’ is an Open Access Journal for reading by unlimited number of users represented at the website with separate Journal papers downloadable as PDF files. 

The Journal materials are indexed in the scientometric databases, the Russian Index of Scientific Citation (RISC), Google Scholar. The journal is included into the scientific digital libraries ‘CyberLeninka’, Socionet, Figshare. The publishing period of the materials on the electronic library eLibrary , Google ScholarCYBERLENINKAFigshareROAD sites is one month from the date of issue.

Since 21st November 2019 The Journal 'Noise Theory and Practice' is included in the LIST of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degrees of PhD, DSc should be published (paragraph 42).

The Noise Theory and Practice journal is the item 788 assigned to the category K2 in the LIST of HAC of peer-reviewed scientific publications, where the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate and Doctor of Sciences should be published. The current specified distribution of the journal is valid for three years since January 1, 2024.

The editorial office concludes an agreement with the Authors on processing and publication of provided personal information along with full Authors’ consent to publication of the submitted materials in full volume and with free access in the electronic version of the Journal and also in the electronic libraries and citation bases without payment of royalties.

In case of any copyright restrictions on submitted materials, the Author is obliged to notify the editorial office in writing about that.

The reprint of the materials published in the Journal is only allowed with the written consent of the publisher.
